Matcha Oat Energy Bites
It only takes 5 ingredients to make these flavorful Matcha Oat Energy Bites. They are a great on-the-go snack or an afternoon pick-me-up when you just need a little something something.
2/3 cup medjool dates, pitted
2/3 cup Oath Oats Maple Roasted Almond Overnight Oats
2/3 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp matcha powder
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. Form into 8 balls and refrigerate until ready to eat. Makes 6-8 balls, depending on size preference.
