Refund policy

Oath, Inc has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  For the safety of Oath's customers and employees, we will not be accepting returned product.

If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@oathoats.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll promptly refund the payment method you used to purchase from oathoats.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving, Oath, Inc should be contacted within 10-days after receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Oath, Inc reserves the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
