
Strawberry Matcha Overnight Oats
This Strawberry Matcha Overnight Oats recipe combines earthy matcha, Maple Roasted Almond overnight oats, and is topped with sweet strawberries and chocolate. It's SO GOOD you'll forget it's also heart healthy and good for you.

½ cup Maple Roasted Almond Overnight Oats
½ cup milk, of choice
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Greek yogurt, plain
1 tsp maple syrup
Toppings
¼ cup chopped strawberries
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp shredded coconut, optional
In a ½ pint mason jar or small storage container, add the Oath Maple Roasted Almond overnight oats, milk, matcha, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Add strawberries, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut and serve.
Substitutions: omit the Greek yogurt, if you're not a fan. It will not change the taste of this recipe.
