Overnight Oats
½ cup Oath Maple Roasted Almond Overnight Oats
2 tbsp plain yogurt
½ cup milk/mylk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For Serving
1 small apple, chopped
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
hemp hearts, optional
peanut or nut/seed butter, optional
Directions
Overnight Oats
Add all overnight oats ingredients together and mix. Pour into a container and seal. Refrigerate overnight.
Toppings for Serving
Toss cinnamon and apples together. Set aside.
Top the oats with hemp seeds, peanut butter, and spiced apples.
