Oath Product FAQ
Where are Oath products made?
Our company is based out of Austin, TX and all our products are made in the US.
Where are your ingredients from?
Our ingredients come from the US & Canada.
Are your products vegan?
The majority of Oath products are vegan, except for Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola, which contains honey.
Are your products gluten-free?
Oath products are all gluten-free and GFCO certified.
Are your products organic?
We use many organic ingredients but our products are not 100% organic, which is why we are not certified (yet).
I have allergies, can I eat your products?
Many of our products contain tree nuts. Refer to individual product pages on our website for a complete list of allergens specific to each product.
Are all Oath products ready to eat?
Our products are either ready to eat or require minimal preparation. Our overnight oats require you to soak them in your favorite milk and refrigerate overnight before eating.
Where are the Oat Bars & Granola? I can't find them on the site anymore.
We are currently sold out of oat bars and granola but follow our socials to be the first to know when they're back, don't forget to give our best selling product, overnight oats, a try!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping is free on all orders over $45 or $9 flat rate for all orders of lesser value. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Where do you offer shipping?
We only ship across the US for now, but we'll be making our way to Canada very soon!
What is the return policy?
We have a 10-day return policy and offer a complete refund for ANY reason you may be unhappy with your purchase. Please email us at info@oathoats.com

Are Oath products sold by retailers?
Not yet, but we are working on it! We're only selling online through our website.
